The shipping times for Standard Mail refer to the amount of time it takes for the package to be delivered to the destination country. Actual delivery times may vary from country to country. Most delays in international deliveries are due to customs, import duties, or local postal guidelines.
Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. These charges may vary from country to country and change from time to time. (Brazil and Peru, in particular, are reportedly taxing imports at rates as high as 100% of the declared value.) Unfortunately we are unable to determine what these fees will be, nor will we be responsible for them. We recommend international customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and collected. Any package refused by the recipient for non-payment of customs, duties, or taxes will be abandoned in the destination country by the courier and is not eligible for refunds.
Taxes / Fees
All other international and local duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Utility offers returns for most unopened items in new condition and returned within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. The manufacturer’s warranty, if available applies to defective items.
Any damage must be reported upon delivery of the merchandise.
Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and the Return Material Authorization (RMA) form for exchange and/or refund.
Electrical components do not qualify for return.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
